Skyler's New Haircut and 1st Lost Tooth
Molly Elizabeth Kurowski's Birth on Dec 19, 2008

Ok, so Molly was born Dec 19, 2008 at 10:43 AM. She weighed 7 lbs. 8 oz and was 20" long. She has light brown hair and lots of it on the back of her head. She is a really good baby. I am so blessed to have her and Skyler as my daughters. Skyler is a wonderful big sister and is a baby hog. Hopefully, I will get my act together and post more pics.
The slide show was done by my sister, Steph. She posed and took the pics of miss Molly.

Ok, I'm Making Up for Lost Time - One More Post
So, I think we've come up with the perfect name.... Molly Elizabeth (in honor of G'ma Betty Jean and let's not forgot Ms. Kari) If we end up having a boy, I think it will be Tristan Richard. Todd's not too invested in the boy's name right now, because he is convinced it's a girl. I guess we'll see.... I hope it's a girl, just because I have a lot of "girlie" stuff. I will be in trouble if it's a boy, but it would be fun to see the differences of the sexes.
Skyler's Halloween Pics - Our Little Genie
Happy Halloween! Skyler loved her Genie costume that G'ma Diane graciously made/sewn. It is amazing to have a mom that is willing to make such fantastic costumes for her grand-babies. Thanks mom!!! I asked Skyler to grant me a wish. She told me she couldn't, because she didn't have a wand. Silly girl! She had more fun handing out candy than trick or treating. She loved both, but she likes giving more. I hope she continues that path.

Todd Turns the Big 4-0 on Halloween
Well, Todd had his big 40th B-day. It was a relativly boring day. We went shopping for some supplies, so he could make his Chicken and Green Chili Stew for our ward Halloween trunk or treat party. Later, he opened presents, carved a pumpkin, and went trick or treating. No big party for him. Boring...
Now, he can pass for being a "grandpa" to our little one. LOL!! Pretty crazy to think we are having a baby at "his" age. Oh well, I could be a young granny.

Only 59 More Days til Baby Comes
Ok, so I have tried posting before today about this very subject. However, the Blog was having problems, so it never got posted. I am so excited, because the baby is scheduled for the c-section on Dec 18 at noon. YEAH!! I can hardly wait to meet this new little one. Unfortunately, we have not been able to ever get an official confirmation of the sex. The guess is a girl. We are thinking of the name Molly. It's not set in stone. This baby is hard to name. Skyler was so much easier since it came to me in a dream. Hopefully, names will fall into place as the baby gets here. At least it better, I don't want a Jane. I am thinking of the middle name of Noelle, but Todd isn't too set on that. But he doesn't think about names very much or get into it. Any suggestions?? I am open...

Woo-Hoo - A NEW Post plus Pictures
Here are some pics I took of Skyler on her First day of school in September. I'm just a little slow. I also have one from the 4th of July. Today, I took the pic with her showing my beautiful flowers that Ed and Karen Kurowski (awesome in-laws)sent me. Maybe I'll fill in more sooner. Until then... Have a great day!

Labor Day Weekend
Hey it's me the person who doesn't like to get on the computer to write/email stuff. It's been a little while, so I guess I'll add a little something. We just got back from Utah. Todd got to do a little bonding with my dad at the Mountain Man Rendezvous. He camped up there, and Skyler and I went there for a day. We spent most of our time with G'ma Duffy. Our big excursions were eating out at El Matador and going shopping at my 2 favorite stores - RiteAid and Walgreens. Skyler and Sadie got to have a sleepover at Sadie's house. Aunt Stephanie was the luckiest one.
Skyler got her ears pierced while we were there. She has been wanting it done for quite some time. She didn't flinch or cry. Infact, she received a "certificate of bravery". She keeps saying "I'm so glad I got my ears pierced" and "mom, aren't you glad I got my ears pierced?" She loves them!!
It looks like we are going to be having another girl, but we aren't "for sure". I had another ultra sound, and the baby decided to keep the legs together again. I am hoping it is another girl just because Stephanie makes the cutest girl bracelets and headbands. Thank goodness Skyler was/is such a girly girl. She has been a lot of fun to have and shop for, etc.

Stubborn Baby
Today was the ultrasound. The baby wouldn't work with us, so we don't know what we are having. The baby held tight with it's legs as well as had the cord between them too. Hopefully, we'll get another ultrasound done to find out. Possibly in 4 - 6 weeks. What a bummer!! I was hoping we'd find out, so I could shop for some good deals.
Todd is adjusting to family life. He is working on "projects". What a great husband!! I finally have a sprinkler system that works. Yeah!! Now, I wish that I could clone him and get all the other stuff fixed/repaired, etc. Also, does anyone know how to find a "never ending" source of money?? Unfortunatly, it takes money to do most of this stuff. Someday....

Bike Ride and Farmer's Market
Today we went for a bike ride to downtown for the farmer's market. It is a lot of fun to go there. We bought things spontaneously though. I get "suckered" in on stuff. Todd goes for fresh bread. Skyler played in the water fountains and got in on some art projects. I was grateful to go riding on our bikes. We didn't take our tandum bike today. Todd pulled the trailer behind his bike, so that lightened my load. I think we rode 15 or 20 miles in all. It feels great to get out and enjoy the summer especially with Todd. Skyler and I would go biking ourselves, but it's more fun with daddy.

Todd's Home!!
Well, Todd finally arrived yesterday. He was a day later than they first said he'd be getting back....gotta love the military! He is happy to be home and came back bearing gifts. Who is this guy?! He brought back a star garnett necklace, earings and ring. He also got me a Northface windbreaker and a beautiful blanket. I'm impressed! I think he is glad to be back. Skyler definatly doesn't want to let him out of her sight. He wanted a nap which was interupted several times. WE are both excited to have him home. I don't know about him being glad to be home (honey-do's). He is in-processing today, then we need to figure out what we'll be doing this lovely weekend. Only 3 more days to go, and we find out what we are having in December.....
